We integrate Cookit as an integral part of our community through a two-phase concept. Through native, creative storytelling and specially developed recipes, we generate awareness in the first phase. In the second phase, we activate our community: We involve them in the Cookit test phase and motivate them to actively participate in the development of exclusive Cookit recipes through a competition.

Insight-focused cross-media campaign

We are putting Cookit at the center of our community through emotional storytelling and inspiring recipes. The idea: Have dinner together with the family — a timeless tradition that is often neglected in today's everyday life. We place the Cookit as the ultimate new assistant in the kitchen, which significantly simplifies cooking without compromising on quality. To this end, we not only share our best recipe creations for family recipes, but also call on our community to share their families' favorite dishes. The campaign will be an integral part of the Kitchen Stories platform: All assets and content will find a home on their own landing page, and Cookit recipes will have their own search category. Through the prominent placement in the header of the Kitchen Stories website and display ads, we generate even more attention.

Building a content hub through a community contest

No one promotes a product more credibly than an enthusiastic community. And our community means interaction — because with us, they not only look for inspiration, but also share their own favorite dishes. We make use of this: We mobilize our users and set up a content hub for new recipe inspiration for the Cookit. We achieve this through a community contest in the sense of a competition: We are giving away Cookit devices to our community and challenge them to adapt Cookit recipes to their favorite family recipes and to share them with us. We received more than 830 applications. Through sophisticated contest mechanics, a user recognition system and active community management, we ensure that an enthusiastic community is built. Our combination of professionally created assets and user-generated content provides inspiration and a rapidly increasing number of recipes.
